We worked with NIHR and 64 NHS Trusts on a comprehensive engagement program, to establish a unified sense of purpose, ownership, engagement, and accountability across the entire National Health network.

The program helped both organizations to achieve their goal of faster and easier research. The results include improved efficiency, reduced costs, an increase in the growth and scope of research, and – most importantly – more and better treatments for patients, delivered more efficiently.
