We co-created an intense 6-day program, with a theme that changed each year. The EMPD program design was based on our research, using our expertise in making learning stick.

The program was designed around core organizational competencies, and its aim was to prepare SABMiller’s most talented current and future managers to help drive growth in the business.

The program helped SABMiller to make its good leaders great. People were making better decisions and using supportive coaching to discuss and resolve issues before they became big issues. It increases overall confidence, performance, and impact.

25% of participants were promoted within one year and SABMiller achieved a 95% retention rate. Additionally, incremental revenues climbed from 2% to 5% with margin growth ahead of competitors – all directly correlated to the attainment and strengthening of global leadership positions.
