We do not impose a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. This program helps leaders make the most of their unique experience, their personal strengths, and their social skills to coach with impact. To tailor the techniques, styles, and approaches taught in this program, the experienced faculty incorporates groundbreaking research from the world-renowned Ashridge Centre for Executive Coaching.
What you will learn
· Understand the drivers and principles of digital strategy
· Master the implications of new digital technologies (AI, Blockchain, Big Data / Analytics and IoT etc.)
· Understand the new strategic business model thinking required for digital businesses – first-mover advantage, scale, zero marginal cost, platform models, ecosystems, basis of competition and value capture
· Tackle the leadership challenges of transforming into a digital business – including the need to align people, change working practices, culture, and structure
· Apply digital transformation concepts to their specific strategic organization challenge project
Who is it for?
It is never too late or too early in a leadership career to develop coaching skills. We expect our cohorts to be a vibrant mix of new and very experienced leaders. The program will be particularly useful for leaders of teams who are grappling with complex challenges in high-pressure environments and are looking for a practical way to develop their people.
For participants with complex schedules and frequent commitments, the self-paced approach helps them navigate a full calendar and put the Open Program learnings first when it works best. This style helps participants avoid going through the motions of the course and instead focus on learning when they have the capacity to do so.
Blended programs combine the best of live virtual and face-to-face learning. Part one of each blended program is hosted virtually and in real-time.
Then, leaders implement what they’ve learned or undertake strategic projects before coming together face-to-face for part two. Participants get a deeply impactful, immersive, and intimate learning experience, meeting peers from all over the globe and interacting with world-class faculty.
