To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.
We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. With our online learning platform, Leadership Live, we're able to curate learning journeys to support professional development even once the course is completed.
Before each program begins, we ask participants to complete some self-assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
