This program is for leaders who are ready to take strategy to the next level by increasing their knowledge and strengthening the skills needed to transform strategic planning into effective doing.

Overview

At the beginning of the program, you will define goals for the strategic projects that you would like to advance in your organization. Throughout the program you will learn how to identify and overcome challenges in the process of implementing strategy. Sessions cover a number of topics such as convincing key stakeholders, building diverse teams, engaging with the right people, knowing when to stand your ground and when to adapt the plan, and looking beyond the vision to see what needs to evolve today to be prepared for a future further away. Through teamwork, one-on-one tutor sessions and detailed action planning you will shape strategic decisions and implement them when you return to the workplace.

Our Open Program takes place on-site at our Hult Ashridge campus, just 23 miles north of London. The former country house for the British royal family is set on 190 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and boasts comfortable private accommodation, an on-site bar, two restaurants, a café, a shop, pools, and a fully equipped gym.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. With our online learning platform, Leadership Live, we're able to curate learning journeys to support professional development even once the course is completed.

Before each course begins, we ask participants to complete some self assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
