Overview

In this program, you will gain a deep understanding of what it takes to integrate and embed diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging into the fabric of your organization. You’ll develop the skills to manage a range of diverse perspectives, ensure equality in a variety of working practices, and shape a positive and inclusive working culture. Unconscious bias is an essential theme of the program and you will explore your own biases and how this plays an important part in creating a sense of belonging for other employees. As a leader, you will gain greater self-awareness, discover the ability to create trust and psychological safety in teams, and learn to integrate diverse thinking and to become a role-model for inclusive leadership within your organization.

This program is for mid-to senior-level managers with a minimum of five years’ experience managing a team. You must have a desire to develop a deep understanding of diversity.
