This fully immersive and experiential program condenses years of leadership experience into a few days using a holistic approach to professional and personal development.

Overview

This program is based on extensive and rigorous Ashridge research that draws on cardio-neuroscience on heart rate learning effectiveness zones and insights from senior leaders about the core leadership behaviors they have acquired. At the heart of this program is the immersive simulation, allowing you to experience the critical, pivotal incidents that the research uncovered. You will assess your readiness for significant leadership events and prepare for the challenges that you are likely to encounter in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous future.

Our Open Program takes place on-site at our Hult Ashridge campus, just 23 miles north of London. The former country house for the British royal family is set on 190 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and boasts comfortable private accommodation, an on-site bar, two restaurants, a café, a shop, pools, and a fully equipped gym.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. With our online learning platform, Leadership Live, we're able to curate learning journeys to support professional development even once the course is completed.

Before each course begins, we ask participants to complete some self assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
