Overview

In this program, all participants bring their own digital transformation challenge, which they work on together with peers and during one-on-one coaching sessions. You'll use the lessons from the program and discoveries from real-time simulations to apply a transformation strategy, make data-driven decisions and use agile thinking to impact your organization.

Speed ahead with Ferrari

The program is run at the Ferrari Museo in Maranello, Italy, where senior Ferrari executives will share their digital transformation journey. As part of the program, you'll complete the Ferrari Digital Challenge and present your ideas back to the executive team before visiting the factory and driving around the streets of Maranello in a Ferrari.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

This program culminates in a "dragon's den" style pitch to Ferrari executives where after you'll receive feedback from the team. We also offer coaching support from faculty focused specifically on you and you organization's own digital transformation challenges. In additional, we'll offer you a copy of the Digital Maturity Index and immerse you in simulations and talks from guest speakers on digital technology and transformation. As with all our programs, you'll also get 6-months of free access to Leadership Live.

Before each course begins, we ask participants to complete some self assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
