Overview

You will experience a very personal journey that empowers you to consider your own well-being and how to support your team members in the workplace. This program is delivered by specialists in the field of resilience and well-being such as psychologists, sports physiologists, and neuroscience researchers. The curriculum combines six pieces of original Ashridge research: resilience, sleep, mindful leadership, compassionate leadership, speaking truth to power, and belonging and not belonging.

Is this program for you?

This program is designed for anyone in a managerial or leadership position that recognizes the benefits of enhancing their own and others’ resilience. You will learn about your personal approach and reactions to stressful situations by wearing a cutting-edge heart rate variance MMonitor and receiving an analysis from an elite sports coach. Additionally, you will practice resilience exercises, such as guided meditations.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. With our online learning platform, Leadership Live, we're able to curate learning journeys to support professional development even once the course is completed.

Before each program begins, we ask participants to complete some self-assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course. After the course is completed, participants will have access to all of Leadership Live's courses, webinars, live sessions and assessments for 6 months as part of the program.
