Program overview

You will experience a very personal journey that empowers you to consider your own well-being and how to support your team members in the workplace. This program is delivered by specialists in the field of resilience and well-being such as psychologists, sports physiologists, and neuroscience researchers. The curriculum combines six pieces of original Ashridge research: resilience, sleep, mindful leadership, compassionate leadership, speaking truth to power, and belonging and not belonging.

Physiological and psychological resilience are both explored throughout the program. Participants learn about their personal approach and reactions to stressful situations by wearing a cutting-edge heart rate variance MMonitor and receiving an analysis from an elite sports coach. Additionally, they practice resilience exercises, such as guided meditations.

For participants with complex schedules and frequent commitments, the self-paced approach helps them navigate a full calendar and put the Open Program learnings first when it works best.
