Explore our new immersive, experiential challenge for senior leaders. This new development process is based on recent research, which identified a set of critical capabilities for leaders under pressure to make agile decisions and navigate their people through disruptive change.

Overview

This solution is designed to enable senior leaders to learn the practical techniques they need to quickly recognize disruptive trends, identify appropriate strategic direction and provide leadership so that the organization can adapt, innovate and thrive. A unique, hands-on learning experience, this program will help leaders build capability to address the two greatest challenges revealed by the research: How do I fully get to grips with the disruptions to my business and structure the appropriate strategic responses? How do I gain support and engagement from employees across my organization to understand the disruptions and build a consensus on how they should innovate and adapt?
