The Challenge
Over the last decade, Heineken has grown significantly in scale and complexity. However, ongoing restructuring, culture change, and a threat to their independent status made the working environment very challenging.
Some of these challenges included strict marketing restrictions and government-led duty increases, placing leaders under additional pressure; demands for greater performance with reduced resources; and employees required to go beyond their current responsibilities without support.
In this case study, we look at how the program helped participants embrace a new, more empowered leadership to drive lasting change at Heineken.
