The Challenge

With an urgent need to deliver efficient and easy clinical research to evoke change and drive the improvement of healthcare services for millions of patients every year, NIHR needed our support with accelerating the pace of medical research, setting simple and clear targets for clinical trials, and promoting better collaboration between 60+ NHS Trusts across the UK.

In this case study, we highlight the benefits of an engagement program geared toward a unified sense of purpose, ownership, engagement, and accountability across the entire National Health network.
