In rapidly changing environments, leaders need to be able to think, feel and act in ways that resonate with those around them, have impact, while also being congruent with who they are. Just knowing how to do something isn’t enough. They also need to be able to do something different! Working experientially, our faculty expert will guide to uncover what drives our thinking, feeling, and action as at individual, group and organizational level.

Our faculty expert
Trudi West is Professor of Practice - Program & Client Director at Hult International Business School (Ashridge). Trudi has a keen interest in how we are motivated, particularly what drives thinking, feeling and action at an individual, group and organisational level. She works with a range of leaders, from very senior to first time managers, and from industries including Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Retail, Humanitarian Action, and the Future Leaders of the British Civil Service. She help them discover what takes them from surviving to striving. Furthermore, she had previously worked as a broker on the Financial Futures Exchange, as well as working for the NHS.
