Overview
Sustainability, recovery, and compassion are all watchwords for leaders as we begin a new year. But what does that mean in practice for people delivering health care, working in manufacturing or retail – or any other environment? Leaders and their teams need to be able to work together to navigate this uncertainty.
In this webinar Professors Ann Knights and David Birch will offer a perspective on how leaders who coach can work to help colleagues to make sense of the shifting context of work in 2022 – through collaborative coaching conversations. You will experience a taste of the highly acclaimed “Coaching Skills for Leaders Programme” and take away some practical insights about what to do when you don’t know what to do.
