As digital technologies continue to impact organizations, it is critical for next-generation leaders to have an in-depth and strategic understanding of digital transformation. At the start of this online program, you will be asked to complete a short diagnostic to explore how they use digital technologies in your own organization. You will gain a contextual understanding of the digital world and will start exploring your organization’s value proposition. You will review and re-think how they can build better and more value-adding relationships with customers through digital solutions. At the end of the program, you will create an action plan to implement digital value solutions, aligned with your organization’s digital transformation strategy.

Is this program for you?

This program is designed for managers who are involved in the teams driving digital transformation in their organization. As a participant, you will typically be in market/customer-facing roles tasked with creating tangible digital customer value propositions. You'll have at least 5 years of experience, and you'll be familiar with your organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
