This program focuses on helping managers at every level understand their organization’s business model and challenge it with a newly designed version.

Overview

This immersive and highly experiential program is taught by a unique faculty: an academic, a consultant and an executive. The program introduces the full toolkit needed to design an operating model and includes detailed take-home materials, in-depth case studies and one-on-one sessions with faculty. You will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to design a high-level operating model, as well as detailed 10-page, 20-page and 100-page design documents.

To ensure every participant gets the absolute most out of their chosen program, we incorporate experiential learning experiences where possible, providing learners with case studies and simulations to help contextualize and enable putting the course content into practice after the program has finished.

We personalize the learning experience through psychometric assessments, coaching and reflection sessions that take place throughout the program. Before each program begins, we ask participants to complete some self-assessments to identify growth areas and track progress throughout the course.
