Overview

Explore your personal influencing style and how you’ve influenced people and situations. Practice the key skills and strategies necessary to build trusting and effective working relationships. Learn how to influence both internal and external stakeholders, across and up the organization, in face-to-face and virtual environments. Impact Through Influence is taught by world-class faculty who have mastered the art of influencing in the workplace. The program is highly experiential and is structured in a way to allow you to immediately practice the skills you have learned in immersive simulations with peers and actors. This program deliberately stretches your capabilities in a supportive environment, which our research indicates is the ideal setting for long-term learning.
