Program overview

You will be introduced to and practice the key skills and strategies necessary to build trusting and effective working relationships. You will learn how to influence both internal and external stakeholders, across and up the organization, in face-to-face and virtual environments.

Impact Through Influence is taught by world-class faculty who have mastered the art of influencing in the workplace. The program is highly experiential and is structured in a way that allows you to immediately practice the skills you have learned in immersive simulations with peers and actors. This program deliberately stretches your capabilities in a supportive environment, which our research indicates is the ideal setting for long-term learning.

During the program, participants will immediately put classroom strategies into action through immersive simulations with peers and actors. A lively evening session will help participants learn from the world of magic where they will discover new techniques and understand the role of body language in influencing others.

Who is it for?

Participants who have management experience and a good understanding of how to make the most of their team. This program is particularly suitable for anyone looking to hone their sales and negotiation skills and improve their ability to influence stakeholders.

Online Learning

For participants with complex schedules and frequent commitments, the self-paced approach helps them navigate a full calendar and put the Open Program learnings first when it works best. This style helps participants avoid going through the motions of the course and instead focus on learning when they have the capacity to do so.

Blended Learning

Blended programs combine the best of live virtual and face-to-face learning. Part one of each blended program is hosted virtually and in real-time.
Then, leaders implement what they’ve learned or undertake strategic projects before coming together face-to-face for part two. Participants get a deeply impactful, immersive, and intimate learning experience, meeting peers from all over the globe and interacting with world-class faculty.
