Overview

In this program, all participants bring their own digital transformation challenge, which they work on together with peers and during one-on-one coaching sessions. You'll use the lessons from the program and discoveries from real-time simulations to apply a transformation strategy, make data-driven decisions and use agile thinking to impact your organization.

Speed ahead with Ferrari

The program is run at the Ferrari Museo in Maranello, Italy, giving you an unprecedented experience of working on a Ferrari “live case” digital transformation challenge and the thrill of driving a Ferrari car. You'll be briefed by Ferrari on a particular digital transformation challenge and together with peers, you will workshop and present ideas in a “dragon’s den” format.
