Equity at the Intersections
In support of this year’s #EmbraceEquity theme for International Women’s Day, we are interested to better understand what equity looks and feels like in practice, and how organizations are supporting women in the workplace to reduce the experience and frequency of inequity.
Rarely are we just one characteristic, but this is often how we measure equity. How can we instead measure equity in a more representative and nuanced way? If we also consider our additional characteristics, whether visible or invisible to others, constant or temporary, and that the experience of a woman in the workplace changes through the various stages of life, there is so much to account for, and it can get really complex!
How then do we then measure what equity means in the workplace, and what’s important to women in this debate?
Watch our panel for this 60-minute webinar as we discuss:
How to honor the complexity of equity
How to measure equity in the workplace
What steps leaders and organizations can take to make progress towards equity in a meaningful way
