As an international education specialist and Ashridge adjunct faculty member, Dr Christopher McCormick advises companies and governments on language and cultural training solutions for educators, professionals, and executives. Over the past 30 years, he has designed and delivered major projects to build global competence in organizations through language fluency, leadership development, and intercultural communication. Christopher has led major projects that have included interactive, digital, and print publishing for young learners through to adults; course management system design; teacher training and operations; online language testing; and special course design in partnership with governments, companies, and institutions, such as the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, Lego Education, and the Olympics (Beijing 2008, Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, Pyeongchang 2018, Tokyo 2020).
